This very bright apartment is the result of a complete renovation of a 300-year-old barn. Spread over three levels, it offers the feeling of a house within a house. Everything is brand new and was completed in January 2023. The apartment includes a rain shower, a new kitchen, a washing machine, high-quality flooring in the kitchen and living room, and views of greenery and a pond.
The apartment is situated above Frankfurt’s smallest salmon smokehouse. From time to time, small events are held in the courtyard, typically once or twice per month, featuring food and wine tastings. During these events, some increased ambient noise may occur.
The apartment is located in Bergen-Enkheim, a very quiet and peaceful area. The Frankfurt city center is easily accessible and can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by public transport. Bergen-Enkheim itself offers a wide selection of restaurants, a beautiful forest ideal for walking and recreation, a large public swimming pool with an extensive outdoor area and sauna, several supermarkets, and excellent bus and tram connections into the city.
We live next door in the adjacent building and work in the salmon smokehouse, so we are always nearby and happy to help if any questions arise or assistance is needed. Please note that while the courtyard is shared for access, it is reserved for our private use only and is not available as a seating or lounging area for guests.
