Stylishly furnished spacious 1,5 room apartment with kitchen and separate bathroom on the 4th floor of a modernized, very well maintained old style building with charm from the turn of the century, facade with sandstone ornaments, large courtyard with well-kept garden. Due to the wooden beam construction the apartment has a very special flair. The apartment is approx. 50 m2 large (living space minus roof slope, floor space approx. 60 m2) and fully equipped and furnished. The convenient location in the western part of Frankfurt with excellent connections to the freeway (A3, A5, A66, A661) as well as to the local traffic network (S3, S4, S5, U5, U6) makes it an ideal starting point both within Frankfurt and to the western suburbs, e.g. Eschborn, as well as to Frankfurt central station and the airport.
Facilities
The spacious, comfortable 1,5 room apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary (including kitchen utensils and bed linen). Internet access is available. The stylish wooden beam construction gives the apartment a special flair and separates the various living areas (bedroom (with 1,40 m futon bed), living area with flat screen TV border, spacious study area, comfortable dining area) from the open, modern kitchen. The integration of the different areas and the open design provide a very spacious and cosy flair. A washing machine and a dishwasher are available as well as an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The bright daylight bathroom has a bathtub with integrated shower. The apartment is individually heated by an own gas boiler. The windows are insulated with additional heat-repellent sun blinds. The floor is covered with wood laminate.
Location
The district of Rödelheim, located in the west of Frankfurt, is one of the popular residential areas close to the city center, which is also very well connected to the Frankfurt suburbs (e.g. Eschborn). The apartment is located in a well-kept residential area with many renovated old style buildings and an increasing number of new buildings. It is located in a quiet side street with direct access to the Frankfurt green belt. Due to this location close to nature, it has a very high recreational value (among others jogging, cycling, swimming in the nearby and partly heated outdoor swimming pools, numerous sports clubs). The neighborhood has an excellent infrastructure with several shopping facilities for daily needs, supermarkets, bakeries and many restaurants. The transport connection is excellent. A bus stop (bus no. 34) at a distance of 200m guarantees a direct connection to the nearby S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations, which are also within walking distance and allow a quick transfer to the city, the trade fair, the main station, the airport, the new stock exchange, Eschborn as well as Oberursel/Bad Homburg.
