Object description:

This 5-room shared flat is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling close to Frankfurt central station.
Each room, as well as the common areas are fully furnished.

Equipment:

The rooms are equipped with a comfortable box spring bed including bedding and linen, spacious wardrobe, flat screen TV, side tables, desk and desk chair. In addition, the shared flat has a central free WLAN access for all residents.

The kitchen has a dining area and a modern kitchenette with the basic equipment of dishes and cooking utensils. Here, the flatmates have everything they need for the preparation of culinary creations at their disposal. Even a dishwasher to bring order back into the house. There is also a coin-operated washer-dryer in the apartment.

The flatmates share the use of 2 bathrooms with shower and WC.

The common areas of the shared apartment are professionally cleaned every week.

Location:

Elbestraße is located in the middle of Frankfurt's trendy district around the Frankfurt central station. The station quarter is centrally located between the main station and within walking distance of the city centre. In the direct vicinity there are numerous restaurants and bars, as well as clubs (red light district).
Also several supermarkets and drugstores are within walking distance.
The Main is also within walking distance.
The connection to public transport is optimal due to the direct proximity to the main station.

Our offer of shared rooms/apartments in Frankfurt is great, both close to Frankfurt central station as well as in other popular districts. The all inclusive monthly rent differs depending on location, room size, booking period and period, so it is always worthwhile to contact us and to check the current offers.
