Welcome to FLEG – Furnished Lodging Easy Going, a personally managed shared-living concept in a historic family-owned residential building dating from 1897.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street close to Frankfurt Central Station, the River Main and Westhafen, combining an exceptionally central location with a surprisingly calm residential setting.

• Additional comforts: Fast Wi-Fi for everyday use (intensive use by arrangement); desk + chair on request; duvet, pillow + mattress protector on request (if available; first 2 weeks free).

• Temporary living: Specific, time-limited housing need; initial stay up to 12 months; extensions by mutual agreement only; single occupancy; subletting or additional residents require prior consent.

• House rules: Strictly non-smoking; no vaping, incense or open flames indoors; shared areas kept clean and tidy; responsible heating and ventilation; damage reported without undue delay.

• Cleaning & safety: Regular shared-area cleaning planned from mid-November 2026 (approx. every 1–2 weeks); annual smoke alarm inspections (usually in spring; room access required).
