The rooms are generously proportioned and offer enough space to live, work and relax. A special highlight: one of the rooms has direct access to the terrace - perfect for cozy hours outdoors. The two other rooms also have access to the terrace and the communal garden via a path around the house.

In Oederweg you will find various restaurants and the city centre can be reached in a couple of minutes, either by train or by foot.
