This bright and sunny 2-room flat (64 sqm) is located in a quiet part of the city, but still very central and convenient, ideal to feel and experience the vibrant Frankfurt.
It is located on the 6th floor of a 10-storey residential building and faces southwest. This renovated and cosy domicile has been modernly furnished and enriched with Mediterranean design elements.
A high-quality fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave offers everything necessary to enjoy a cooking evening with friends. - On request, we will be happy to fill the fridge so that you feel right at home.
For the 2 to 4 guests there is a chic new bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a separate guest toilet with washbasin, so there is no crowding in the morning. Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided.
From the living room and bedroom there is an unobstructed view into the distance, partly of the beautiful Frankfurt skyline. From both rooms there is access to the large balcony, where you can enjoy the afternoon sun or drink a glass of wine in the evening.
The bedroom has a 160 x 200 bed with comfort mattress and enough storage space in the wardrobes.
In addition to a dining area for 4-6 people, there are 2 large sofas in the large living room for chilling out or sleeping. Each of the comfortable sofas has a large sleeping area of 1 x 2 m
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice compartment, electric oven and electronic hotplate. There is also a microwave oven. The appliances are all top German brands. The flat also has a service bathroom in addition to the main bathroom. The flat is also equipped with Hi Fi supervelcoe service. Everything is included in the price.
There is a tram stop about 5 minutes walk away which takes you directly to Frankfurt's main station. The underground station is about 15 minutes walk away. The junction of the A66 motorway is about 5 minutes away by car.
The flat has a lift and a private parking space.
