Everything you need, including a dishwasher, is included. Simply move in and feel at home. Both balconies offer views over the rooftops to the Black Forest. (The bedroom has a northeast-facing balcony at the rear, and the living room has a southwest-facing balcony at the front.)
The tram is about 100m away on foot. Line 5 takes you to the main station in 19 minutes and to the city center in 21 minutes.
An elevator, basement storage room, laundry drying room, duplex parking, and a bicycle shed are available.
