A 4-person apartment with an area of 38 m2 plus a balcony for rent. The facility is located in Gdańsk in the modern Nowa Letnica housing estate - 2.5 km from the sea.
The apartment is fully equipped. It consists of a bedroom, a living room with a large kitchenette, a bathroom, and a balcony.
Bedroom: a large comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a chest of drawers for personal items.
Living room: large folding sofa (place for 2 people to sleep), desk, chest of drawers, new 32-inch LCD TV, exit to the balcony with a view of the Stadium, the city, and the Bay. It is possible to add a baby cot at no extra charge.
Kitchenette: fridge with freezer compartment, electric cooker with oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, set of dishes (plates, cutlery, cups, pots, etc.).
Bathroom: toilet, spacious shower with handset and rain shower (not necessarily for one person!), washbasin, washing machine.
WiFi, towels, and bed linen are available for guests. Guests have free access to the shared co-working spaces, the Kids Play club, and the gym. It is possible to book the sauna exclusively for 5 EUR / h.
The apartment is located on the 10th floor of a 17-story apartment building. The building houses Żabka, a sushi restaurant, a bar/liquor store, and a pharmacy. There is a playground and an open-air gym in the inner courtyard. Possibility to use the free parking space on the street. There are many service and commercial points open in the estate, Biedronka is 170 m away. The stadium is 0.5 km away. You can get to Westerplatte in 10 minutes by bus.
