• single bed (width: 120-140 cm)

• kitchenette: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven
• private bathroom with shower
Included in the rent:
• bed linen and towels
• full set of dishes, cutlery, pots, and kitchen accessories
• curtains, drapes, and basic furnishings
Price and conditions:
• base rent: 2,100 PLN
• administrative fees: 600 PLN
• utilities: 400 PLN
• total monthly cost: 3,100PLN (for 1 person with a 9-month stay)
• first month: 50% FREE (with a minimum 9-month reservation)
The price includes:

Additional fees:
• 350 PLN – second person
• 400 PLN – parking space in the underground garage
• 150 PLN – pet fee (pet-friendly property)

• reservation fee: 350 PLN (one-time fee upon signing the contract)
