Appartamento luminoso e silenzioso all'interno del Residence Eden con campi da tennis, piscina, ristorante, posto auto privato ed un collegamento privato per la spiaggia a Genova Nervi. L’area giorno è arredata con un divano a tre posti, una poltrona e una zona pranzo. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Presenti due camere una principale matrimoniale con vista, la seconda nel soppalco con letto singolo. Completano gli interni un bagno con sanitari e doccia.
NB. Per soggiorni superiori ai 6 mesi è richiesto un deposito di 3 mensilità.

Bright and quiet apartment inside the Eden Residence with tennis courts, swimming pool, restaurant, private parking space and a private connection to the beach in Genoa Nervi. The living area is furnished with a three-seater sofa, armchair, and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. Present are two bedrooms one main double with a view, the second in the loft with a single bed. Completing the interior is a bathroom with toilet and shower.
Please note: For stays longer than 6 months, a security deposit equivalent to 3 months’ rent is required.
