We are in VIA PARIDE SALVAGO, in the Castelletto area, near the center and the university area of via Balbi. Building in good condition, in an excellent quiet residential area, even at night. The area is served by the ring road bus lines upstream. In particular from line 36 which connects the stations of Brignole and Piazza Principe.
A few minutes from the apartment there are several supermarkets, bakery, butcher, fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy and also bars, clubs, restaurants and pizzerias.
The nearest universities:
Humanities and Political Science subjects in the nearby centers of Via Balbi and Albergo dei Poveri

The only additional one-time cost involves the contract initiation fees, which include:

This cost, to be paid once, can reach a maximum of €350 for contracts longer than 6 months and €250 for contracts shorter than 6 months.

Each tenant has a personal contract for the individual room with access to common areas, already including utilities.
The contract is regularly registered, allowing for tax deductions on the rent and expenses, the right to a parking spot for residents in the blue areas of the neighborhood, and other benefits such as domicile. No agency fees.
