Furnished, recently and modernly renovated duplex apartment (2025), located on the first and second floor of a terraced house. There is a shared entrance hall with the owner’s private residence, which is located on the ground floor. The apartment is accessed via a private entrance door with a coded lock, leading to a stairwell that brings you to the first floor. On the first floor, there is a small hallway with space for coats and shoes. The first floor consists of a bright living area with a spacious sofa and dining table. The living area is equipped with a television and a dedicated desk/workspace. From the living room, there is a beautiful view over the church square of Gentbrugge. A staircase leads to the second floor, where the sleeping area, bathroom and toilet are located.
