The apartment is located in the central district of Gijón, next to the emblematic Paseo de Begoña and the commercial and leisure area of the city. A few meters away there are cafes and shops as well as a blue zone for parking and different parking lots.
The location of the apartment allows you to access all places of interest on foot, so you can reach the beach, leisure and shopping area in less than 10 minutes. Bus, taxi and train station stops are within walking distance and the airport is a 30-minute drive from the city.
Please note:
- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
