Accommodation with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms in the heart of the La Arena neighbourhood, a few minutes walk from San Lorenzo Beach. Ideal to enjoy with the family with all kinds of services nearby. High-rise and bright home. It is distributed in 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one of them with two single beds, two full bathrooms with a shower, separate kitchen and living room. The accommodation is rented entirely. Located in a quiet building block with two elevators.
In the La Arena neighbourhood with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes nearby. . . a few meters from the beach. Ideal for getting around on foot, due to its location. Also available are public transportation, taxi, and electric vehicle rentals. Public parking is nearby.
Parties or bachelor parties are not allowed.
Please note:
- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
