Disinfected with ozone by qualified personnel. Additionally, we have adopted a strict Cleaning Protocol. Professional laundry washing (+60o), textile disinfectant spray on sofas, cushions and fabrics, prolonged ventilation and disinfection of bathrooms, surfaces, switches and handles. We use bleach, alcohol and products with proven effectiveness included in the official list of the Ministry of Health. You will have a sprayer at your disposal during your stay. We have a crib and high chair upon request. To guarantee your rest we have chosen top-quality mattresses, memory foam for three guests, latex for two and one more extra-firm mattress. Top quality cotton bed linen and towels, Bassols, Zara Home, etc.

Located in the centre of Gijón, two minutes from Begoña, the area has all the amenities and at the same time, the street is quiet and without night noise. You will have supermarkets, cafes, and cider bars at hand... In addition to the nearby paid car parks, an 8-minute walk away there is a low-cost, surface car park, which charges around €4 per day depending on the season.
In ten or twelve minutes you can walk to both beaches. Ten minutes from the wine areas. Also ideal as a base camp to explore by car the Sella, the Lakes of Covadonga, Picos de Europa, Cape Peñas and other tourist landmarks of green Asturias and the superb coast of the Cantabrian Sea.
Please note:
- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
