Modern apartment with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A few meters from San Lorenzo Beach and very central. Ideal to enjoy with the family with everything just a step away from your location. Open concept kitchen living room with modern style. Two bedrooms, the first with a double bed with a private bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds in a trundle bed. Two full bathrooms and living room-kitchen. The building has an elevator.
We will be available at all times for any questions or needs that may arise from guests.
Located a few meters from Playa San Lorenzo and Plazuela de San Miguel. With multiple services, cafes, shops, restaurants. The apartment can be reached on foot, by car and by public transportation. Nearby public parking is available.
The rules of coexistence with the rest of the neighbours must be respected, taking special care when moving through common areas.
Please note:
- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
