Full comfort of mattresses and pillows (visco and latex) and Prime quality in sheets and towels. Live Gijón in a cool exterior apartment!
A new building in the centre and with the modern and current distribution of the 2-bedroom apartments. 2 bathrooms, large living room and separate kitchen. Let us know if you need a high chair or crib and we will make them available to you. A few meters from the apartment there is an underground public parking lot, with the location of the apartment being ideal for getting around Gijón. Option to rent electric vehicles (scooters, motorcycles, cars...)
You will live in a select area of the centre of Gijón, not only because of its proximity to the beach but because Calle de la Merced is a benchmark for trendy boutiques and product trade. Have a coffee on the nearby and iconic Café Dindurra terrace, in the Begoña Park, and have the bakery, and the supermarket on hand... Quiet streets without the nighttime hustle and bustle typical of wine areas like El Carmen or La Ruta which, without However, they are very close to be able to enjoy them.
The advantage of living in the centre of Gijón is that you can walk anywhere, the beach, the promenade, the marina, and the wine and drink areas.
Also ideal as a base camp to explore by car the Sella, the Lakes of Covadonga, Picos de Europa, Cape Peñas and other tourist landmarks of green Asturias and the superb coast of the Cantabrian Sea.
Pets and events are not allowed.

- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
