Enjoy a luxury experience in this centrally located Apartment, all exterior and brand new. Very central, located in the heart of the Wine Route, an area with a great gastronomic variety. 300 m walk from San Lorenzo beach, Poniente beach, Puerto Deportivo, Casco Antiguo. Several parking lots are very close to the accommodation. Distributed in open concept living room, kitchen, full bathroom and separate master bedroom with double bed. In the living room, there is a 140cm-wide sofa bed.
Located in a central area with multiple services available a few meters away. The building does not have an elevator, the apartment is on the first floor.
Located in the Carmen neighbourhood, with all points of interest very close, Poniente beach and marina very close. Ideal for getting around on foot due to the location, although you can also get around by bus, ta(hidden) electric vehicle rental.
The rules of coexistence with the rest of the neighbours must be respected, especially when moving through common areas.
Please note:
- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
