私人房间 在 Palm Beach, Gold-coast

Hello,
We don't accept smokers or vapers AT ALL, smoking or drinking on the property, sorry.
Remember, "when you visit a homestay, you're staying in someone's home".
Our home prefers to accommodate ladies for personal reasons.
Apologies to all the beautiful gentlemen out there.
Please check with me before booking.

We're a drug free, smoke free, alcohol free, pet free home/property.
That means: no drinking, no smoking on the property or outside; thank you.

We have 3 bedrooms to choose from :
- Yellow bedroom : sleeps 5 - 2 single beds that can be put together + a single bunk bed + a sofa that folds out into a double bed.
- Blue bedroom : sleeps 2 - 2 king single beds and
- Pink bedroom : Sleeps 2 - a single bed that folds out into a double bed. people.

Food:
Please note that
- no food is provided. You’ll have to buy your own.
- you won’t have access to the kitchen because I’m cooking all the time and I need access to the kitchen at all times.
You can store fresh food that doesn’t require cooking in the designated fridge.
Attention !! You do not have access to the cooking section of the kitchen.
To resume : NO cooking, & certainly NO frying food in my kitchen. Thank you. The fat and smells go everywhere in the house, it’s highly unpleasant and hard on my lungs).
But you can certainly have some fresh food in the fridge : fresh fruit and vegetables ready to eat without cooking, yoghurt, cereal, bread…)
So, you can use the fridge and plates, bowls, cutlery & glasses.

We have 3 eating areas (kitchen, dining room & outdoor area), so please only eat in these areas.
No food in your bedroom, lounge room, or any other part of the house. Food needs to stay in eating areas. Thank you.

Our spacious 4 bedroom home (200m2) is situated just 1 km from the beautiful beach of Palm beach. Nestled between mezmerising Currumbin (Currumbin creek, Elephant rock, Currumbin wildlife Sanctuary, and Currumbin beach) and famous Burleigh Heads (village and James street, Burleigh headland scenic walks, Tallebudgeera creek). There are a few shops (Woolworths, take away restaurants, chemist, doctors Organic produce store) and a petrol station 1km away. The closest bus stop is 300m away. It feels like everything you need is just around the corner.
Tallebudgera creek beach in Palm Beach was many times voted cleanest beach in Queensland.
You are booking 1 bedroom in our home and you will be sharing the bathroom.
Please do not enter other people's bedrooms unless invited. We won't go in your bedroom either of course.

Perfect ladies's bedroom with 3 door wardrobe, hungers, linen provided, full length mirror, desk, chair, touch lamps and nice view.
The single bed folds out into a double bed. (sleeps one or two) ladies.
It is away from the street.
