Bright and spacious two-room apartment on the fourth floor in Annedal. The living room is in a corner location with two large windows facing west and beautiful evening sun. The balcony receives sun in the afternoon and evening, inviting cozy summer nights. The apartment is located very peacefully in the car-free residential area, and the neighborhood is very lovely and pleasant. Fully tiled bathroom with shower that also fits a small washing machine, and in the basement there is storage and a laundry room. The kitchen is well-planned with space for a dining table, dishwasher, built-in microwave, refrigerator and freezer. Beautiful wooden floors and fine original wooden details in all rooms except the bedroom. Built-in wall cabinets accommodate most things and create order in the hallway and entrance. Apartment is rented for 12 months, due to us moving abroad. The furniture has slightly changed since the pictures where taken, as we got children since then. Physical viewing prior to rental agreement is preferred.
