Individual room with a 120x190 cm bed, private bathroom, AC, wardrobe and storage space, a study desk and ergonomic study chair, 100% blackout drapes, shelves for books, note-boards, wall coat rack and a full length mirror. The individual room in Cluster is also equipped with a microwave and a compact frigde with integrated freezer. Everything included in an area between 11m2 and 14m2.
Our Clusters include a communal space with a 50” Smart TV, soundbar, sofa, pouffes, and a fully-functional kitchen with oven, microwave, sink, induction hob, dishwasher and half full-size fridge per resident. Everything included in an area between 34m2 and 35m2.
