In our residence you will find a place where you’ll have everything you need for university life. This residence offers single , double and triple rooms.
We have different common areas that won ́t leave you indifferent: many study rooms, a big lunchroom, TV room, poll, football and spaces for relaxing after the university with friends. You will also have the possibility of enjoying 3 terraces with ping pong and solarium. Also don ́t forget the fully equipped gym and the laundry room.
We have a 24/7 Security service with cameras to make you feel safe. Also, you will have the freedom to go and back from/to the accommodation anytime. In your room, we clean and change your bed sheets weekly. In addition, you will have the freedom to come and go whenever you want from the residence. We offer you a delicious and varied gastronomic proposal, designed especially for you. With a daily menu where you can choose from a variety of homemade and nutritious dishes, made with fresh and seasonal ingredients. If you are vegetarian, vegan or have any kind of allergy or intolerance, we will adapt the menu to your needs.
You can choose between Half board and Full board.
📍Location and Neighborhood
You will find everything you need for your day-to-day as supermarkets, gym, pharmacies and hospitals. We are in the middle of the three university campus: 15 minutes from Fuentenueva and Aydanamar, and 20 minutes of Cartuja by bus. We are a few minutes away from the “Plaza de Toros” where you will eat delicious tapas with your friends. Few minutes walking from the “Plaza de Toros”, you will arrive to “Puerta Elvira” and the Albayzin area, a perfect place to get lost walking around many little streets and travel back in time to the Nasrid world. You can also enjoy one of the best sunsets on the “Mirador de San Nicolas” or visit the Alhambra and the “Jardines el Generalife”.
