The new built apartment is located in the west side of the center of Graz. The apartment is just 5 minutes walk away from the famous town (Hauptplatz) hall square, also the Kunsthaus, the Murinsel.
There is also very good infrastructure. The next public transportation (Südtirolerplatz) is 300 Meter from the apartment located. Next to the apartment are shops, parks, doctors and a lot of public space.
The Building was built in 2020. The apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator with beautiful view through the skyline of Graz. The apartment has 54 m² and a big balcony with 21 m². The apartment impresses with a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a office, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilette.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size double bed and a wardrobe.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a table with 4 chairs, cable TV, a TV with RGB and HDMI connection, Internet (WIFI).
The office is furnished with a really nice desk and enough space for Home Office or to study.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen includes a stove, a fridge, a kettle, a coffee maker, dishwasher and all table/kitchen utensils.
The bathroom is equipped with an elegant washstand, a mirrored cabinet and a walk-in shower. Towels are provided.
It is also possible to rent a parking lot in Garage of the building.
