Our rooms come furnished with all you need for a comfortable daily life, such as a bed with a mattress and a nightstand, a large wardrobe, and elegant blackout curtains. If you are studying or working from home, you can also do so from the comfort of your room, which is furnished with a table, chair, and lamp.
Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen that has everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. All apartments have spacious bathrooms with washing and drying machine. The apartments are also provided with energy-efficient floor-heating system that can be controlled individually for your comfort.
Surrounded by a green courtyard, the building creates a safe secluded space for you to find peace in the midst of Graz city life. The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the community. There are four community spaces in the building. Some of them feature kitchens, others include lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, dining areas, and more. You can spend time networking with your flatmates here or just relax in our beautifully designed spaces. In alignment with our sustainability efforts, the building is illuminated with energy-efficient LED lights.
Lend is the first neighborhood on the west side of the Mur. It is home to some of the citys most popular art galleries and cultural institutions such as the Kunsthaus (the curiously-looking modern art museum), the Murinsel as well as the Graz main train station. Next to the cultural aspects, vibrant Lend hosts some of the best spots to go shopping as well as multiple restaurants and bars.
Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios) One person per room (no bedroom sharing)
Which documents do we need before sending out contract:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, Blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, a gurantee, etc.

It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our communities. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.
When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
