Sunny Apartment with garden view. The studio apartment has been completely renovated recently, including furniture. The separate kitchen is completely equipped, including dish washer. The sleeping area has a 1,40m x 200m double bed and is separated by a sideboard from the living and working area. Living area comprises a three seat sofa with chaiselong, table and flat TV. Working area has a table (prolongable) and two chairs and storage space.
A spacious balcony gives a nice view into the garden, no opposite buildings.
Shops and public transport in 250m. Tubstation Berne is 600m. Completely calm.
Private Parking is available for 40€ extra per month.
