We are subletting our apartment (i.e. not a shared flat). The sublet from the main landlord has been clarified and positively confirmed by the main landlord.
The apartment is very close to the Philharmonie, directly at the Tarditionshafen.
The view from the apartment is beautiful and has the typical Hafencity character.
The apartment contains 1 open room (incl. small kitchenette) and 1 relatively large bathroom (shower and toilet).
