Due to a work assignment abroad, I am renting out my furnished apartment from September 1 to December 15. The apartment has a washing machine and a separate study, as well as a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious terrace with lounge area and private garden, including a shed.
The apartment is located on a quiet side street in the heart of Eppendorf. Bus stops are a two-minute walk away, and the Kellinghusenstraße and Hudtwalckerstraße subway stations are about twelve minutes away. Local recreation areas such as Eppendorfer Park and Hayns Park are also within walking distance.
