This beautiful and modern flat in a historic building with a balcony is quietly located in a green street with small cafés in the composers' quarter of the Barmbek-Süd district of Hamburg.
There are two bakeries opposite the house, a small kiosk in the neighbouring house, and the nearest supermarket is about five minutes away. It is only a four-minute walk to an Alster canal, which is ideal for taking long walks. The Mühlenkamp, with many restaurants, bars and shops, is also within walking distance. Various bus stops are only a few minutes away and the nearest underground station is about 10 minutes away on foot. It only takes 10 minutes to get to the Hamburg city centre by underground. Due to its location, the flat is wonderfully suited for business travellers, but also for other individuals and couples who want to spend a few months in Hamburg.
The bright 2-room flat is about 50 m2 and has an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom. It has high, stucco decorated ceilings. It is an old building flat located on the 2nd floor (without lift) of a residential house built around 1900.
The flat is very well maintained and furnished in Scandinavian style. Its bedroom is equipped with a 140x200 cm bed, a small desk with a chair, three chests of drawers with plenty of storage space and an open wardrobe. In the large living and dining room there is an extendable dining table with four chairs and a comfortable sofa bed with a small coffee table. From the living room you can access a balcony of about 3m2, where you can sit very nicely alone or with up to two other people. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a built-in fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and the usual household appliances. Furthermore, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. The flat also has a small storage room. Upon request, part of the attic space (e.g. for storing suitcases) can also be used.
