Hello, I am subletting my apartment starting from 01.05.2025 and until the 31.08.25 with option to extend it if an agreement is reached with the management of the building.
(CONTRACT WILL BE ONLY POSSIBLE MAX UNTIL 31.08.25, as onwards I will not be the main tenant anymore)
It is a 22 m^2 apartment fully furnished and with kitchen and private bathroom. It has a desk and a lot of space for storage. It faces to the outward street where you can see beautiful sunrises.
Heating and the WiFi works amazing and everything is brand new.
It is perfect for one person and also you get some common areas in the building such as study room, gaming room, common lounge, gym and terrace. It’s great to meet people, specially if you’re new to the city.
It’s very conveniently located, it is <5 min to Holstenstraße (bus & S-Bahn), and has a Rewe and dm directly next to it. There’s also a pharmacy <3min away.
I would also be available for visits to the apartment!
(There’s no cleaning fee included, because at the end of the contract that the room is clean is the obligation of the tenant, and any damage to the property would be reduced from the deposit).
