This beautiful, stylishly and practically furnished apartment is located on the 4th floor of a quiet apartment building in the Oststadt district. The main train station and the Ernst-August-Galerie are about a 15-minute walk away. Another highlight is the nearby Eilenriede, Hanover's "green oasis," just 200 meters away, which invites you to relax in the morning or after work.
The apartment has a large room and is perfectly furnished for professionals looking for a practical, fully furnished, quiet, and beautiful home for a few months. The room is bright and flooded with light and has a small balcony.
The furnishings: The apartment is fully designed. You can work, cook, relax, and sleep in it. There is a desk and chair, as well as a small closet, a single bed, a TV (including Netflix!), and a small kitchen. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available so you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace. The bathroom is also fully furnished.
Plenty of public parking is available directly in front of the apartment. The nearest subway station is about a 6-minute walk away. An Edeka supermarket is 5 minutes away. The popular Lister Meile shopping center is about a 10-minute walk away. Restaurants and bars are also within 10 minutes. The apartment itself is located in a residential area and therefore in a very quiet setting.
The rent is a flat rate. A final cleaning fee of €120 will be charged upon departure. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
