A few minutes' walk from Bismarckplatz, on the third floor of an old town house completely renovated in 2019, we are renting out our home for up to one year. Under the exposed roof truss, 125 m² extend with high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and a private south-facing roof 30 m² terrace. Anyone who is in Heidelberg for an academic year, a research semester, or a sabbatical will find a fully furnished, thoughtfully designed home here – down to the last coffee machine.
