Compact studio apartment which feels bigger than 30m2. Right next to the Rock Church (Temppeliaukion kirkko) and only 5-10min to Kamppi Shopping Mall and Metro stop. National museum, Oodi Library and Central Railway station are all close, and there are several tram lines and bus lines within 5min walk.
Window to the quiet interior garden of the building, from where you can exit to Temppelikatu where you find the Rock church. Main entrance on Tunturikatu.

Big and wide bed (180cm wide, 200cm long).

Fridge with good freezer storage
Oven and 4 stove plates
Microwave oven
Coffee machine
Toaster
Pots, pans and cuttleries
Plates, bowls, glasses, cups
Baking and other kitchen equipments
Washroom with a toilet, sink, shower, hairdryer and washing machine
Free wifi and small TV if needed, please inform.
House is heated during winter.
24 hour grocery shop Alepa Kuparitalo within 5min walking distance , shopping mall and restaurants, museums and parks - all nearby.

Monthly rent 985€ including water and basic wifi connection. Tenant arranges a separate electricity contract and home insurance.

No re-renting. Only the registered person is allowed to stay.
Please respect the neighbours and avoid loud noise after 10pm. No parties please.
No type of business or services operating from the apartment. This is a residential building and if you violate these terms you will be evicted from the apartment.
