This cozy fully furnished room is 18sqm with its own balcony. The room has everything you need for a comfortable daily life: bright and open with modern Nordic-style furniture, sofa, TV and a freezer. The furniture includes a bed, night table, desk space, chairs, lamps, wardrobes, window blinders & curtains, and bedlinen – you will have less to worry, and you can focus on getting the most out of your stay! This room can fit 2 tenants.

This spacious apartment has a large, fully-equipped kitchen to ensure you will be able to prepare your favourite daily meals. The kitchen has dedicated storage space for tenants. The apartment has 2 toilets and a bathroom. The fixtures include:

LOCATION & DISTANCES
This is a safe Helsinki locality. Total travel time from the apartment to Helsinki City is 20mins by train. Airport is 30mins by train. Campuses such as Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and Helsinki Business College are few train stops away. Given the location on Ring-I road, the area has great accessibility and public transportation options. The area offers parks and an open air gym for outdoor activists, but provides also wide range of daily services from grocery shops, to restaurants and coffee shops. Rental bikes can be rented nearby to explore the vast parks of Helsinki. There is public library offering workspaces, and quiet areas free of charge. The area has its own large shopping complex Kaari, which has a large 24/7 department store, restaurants and approximately 80 specialty shops. It is the 5th largest shopping centre in greater Helsinki area and 9th largest in Finland.
