The apartment has 40 m² - entrance hall with built-in wardrobe - bathroom with bathtub and toilet - a large living room with seating area and double bed or 2 single beds and a separate fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also has a terrace (~ 5 m²) with a HAMMOCK with a view of the greenery towards Patscherkofel.
The apartment is on the first floor - away from the street and absolutely quiet in a west-south-east direction. There is a large parking lot in front of the house where you can park your vehicle free of charge.
