Due to professional changes and a family abroad, I will be away for most of the coming months and am therefore renting out a room in my apartment and the use of the apartment.
I will stay registered on the adres and I will come by once or twice a month for 1 or 2 nights. The rest of the time the apartment will be available in its entirety for your use - even my room if you wish to use it.
The apartment is furnished. It includes an open livingroom with a kitchen, two bedrooms (of which one is mine - but which I will rarely use), a small closet, a bathroom and a toilet.
It's a beautiful apartment with a view of the Rotterdam skyline on the one hand and a park on the other. It is located 50 meters from the river flowing through Rotterdam.
