A bright and newly painted 85 m2 furnished apartment on the first floor of a villa is available for rent.
The apartment has its own private entrance and consists of:

The apartment is fully furnished and includes beds, sofa, dining area and the essential kitchen equipment needed for everyday living.
If preferred, the furniture can be adjusted before move-in. For example, single beds can be replaced with double beds or other arrangements can be be discussed.

Located in Copenhagen’s Nordvest district in a quiet residential neighbourhood surrounded by greenery.
10 minutes’ walk to Emdrup Station
Approximately 15 minutes by S-train to Copenhagen Central Station
Around 25 minutes by bicycle to the city centre

Rent
Rent: 12,700 DKK (€1,700) per month
Estimated monthly utilities (electricity, heating, water and high-speed internet): approximately 2,500 DKK, depending on consumption.
Deposit: 3 months’ rent
The deposit will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, less any documented costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for responsible tenants who will take good care of the apartment.
As the apartment occupies the upper floor of our family villa, while we live on the ground floor, it is important to us that everyone feels comfortable. Therefore, we would like to meet potential tenants before making a final decision.
We also have a very friendly small dog and three hens, which stay in their own enclosed area of the garden.
Rental period:
Available from 1 August until 31 December 2026.
An extension of the lease may be possible if both parties agree.
