This unique and spacious apartment stretches itself over 2 floors, including a large rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of Copenhagen’s rooftops and the Skt. Jørgen lake. It is perfectly located at the intersection of Frederiksberg and Vesterbro, on the border of the city centre. The apartment’s neighbor is the famous theater Det Ny Teater and is 5 minutes walk from Vesterport station and the Central station. Bus lines go from down the street and nearby Vesterbro’s Torv (9A, 6A and 26). A 2 min walk from the apartment you will also find Copenhagen’s planetarium, many popular restaurant options on Vesterbrogade, and some cafés such as Café Altanen or Pauseriet. Order a coffee to go and take a walk around the beautiful lakes where you are sure to spot Denmark’s national animal, the swan. The street Gammel Kongevej, meaning the King’s old road, dating back from 1641, used to be reserved to the royals. From the 1700s, the new road Frederiksberg Allé took over that role, and Gammel Kongevej became publicly accessible. The apartment contains 6 bedrooms, 2 couple rooms and 4 single rooms. Almost all of the rooms have a unique view of the lake. There are 2 bathrooms, one on level 1 and one on level 2. There is a storage room on level 2 directly accessible from the apartment.
