The apartment has been stylishly and fully furnished and is ready for immediate occupancy. The monthly rent of €1,200 includes everything: rent, Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, water, etc.
There are no additional costs!
The living room features a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, chopping boards, a coffee machine, kettle, pots, pans, and everything needed for cooking. Crockery and dishes are also fully provided.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed, a large wardrobe, and high-quality bed linen.
You can also enjoy coffee or breakfast on the sunny balcony.
The minimum rental period is 6 months.
