The bright open apartment has large windows for a beautiful light incidence. From the sleeping area you enter the open kitchen.
The high quality furnished kitchen-living room is modern and fully equipped and invites you to cook and enjoy.
The cosy dining area is also located in the living area.
An additional wall cupboard is available for sufficient storage space.
The sleeping area is also comfortably furnished with two beds 90x200 and desserts. The beds can also be used as a large double bed 200 x 200 by putting the beds together.
In August 2019 the apartment was completely renovated.
It is modernly furnished and has a walk-in shower.
Equipment: bed linen, towels, two single beds 90 x 200, walk-in shower, fitted kitchen, cable TV, WLAN and flatscreen, vinyl and tiles, fully equipped kitchen-living room, heating.
Of course, the rent already includes all additional costs including electricity, heating, WLAN and insurance.
