This 2-room apartment (living room, bedroom, separate kitchen nook, bathroom) stands out due to its central location in Kaiserslautern.
The apartment is stylishly and fully furnished, ready for immediate move-in. The rent of €1,100 per month includes everything: rent, Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, water, etc. No additional costs.
The living room features a cozy sofa, a smart TV, and a large dining table that comfortably seats five people. Dishes, including champagne and wine glasses, are fully provided.
The kitchen is equipped with sharp knives, cutting boards, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, pots, pans, and everything else needed for cooking.
The bedroom comes with a solid and comfortable 1.60m bed, a spacious wardrobe, and high-quality bed linen.
The bathroom is stocked with plenty of towels. A hairdryer and washing machine are also available. Additionally, an iron and ironing board are provided.
