The apartment is located in a quiet side street in a central location in Karlsruhe. It is bright, friendly and furnished in a modern and stylish way by the landlord. It has WiFi and TV. The apartment is very central but still quiet. The transport connection to bus and train is very good. Many cultural and leisure facilities can be reached quickly on foot. For example,

- Europaplatz, Gunther-Klotz facility, sports facilities (basketball, tennis courts, table tennis, volleyball)
or that
- Europabad are only about 15 minutes away.
80% of all tram lines stop at the stops "Mühlburger Tor" and "Lessingstraße" (line # 1, # 2, # 3, # 6, S1, S2 & S5) and can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. Karlsruhe's main train station and all trains are quickly accessible.
