You can watch the starry and cloudy sky from your bed, from the living room and also from the bathroom. Our accommodation is the unique penthouse of a two-family house in a new development area, which was only completed in April 2022. The outdoor facilities and the entrance area will follow this summer. The interior design is correspondingly new and modern. After you have reached the separate entrance area of the apartment through the staircase, the generously designed living, dining and kitchen area opens up. Particularly worth mentioning are the large window fronts that lead to the south-facing terrace and the impressive skylights that flood the rooms with light, but can also be electronically darkened at any time.
My husband and I have spent the last 20 months fulfilling our dream of owning a home. With many unique ideas, our two-family house was created, which we now rent out in part and would like to offer all those who love to travel an interesting and special travel experience. Since we live on the two floors below, we are always available for your concerns and are happy to provide other everyday items.
The accommodation is located in the west of Kassel and is therefore close to the famous Bergpark. You can reach it by car in just 10 minutes, by bike in 18 minutes. In good conditions you can see Hercules from the terrace of the penthouse. By bus and train you can be in the city center within 13 minutes, where the famous documenta art exhibition takes place. It is only a 10-minute walk to the bus stop. The accommodation is located in an emerging new development area. The surrounding houses and our outdoor facilities are currently not yet fully completed. However, the apartment and the associated terrace are finished and can be used without restrictions.
