The apartment is completely newly furnished and offers enough space for a relaxing end to the day after a successful day at work.
The apartment is fully furnished in a modern style including some design classics and is ready to move into.
The new 1.20m wide box spring bed guarantees you a wonderful, restful night. The bathroom is equipped with Villeroy & Boch. The apartment is fully furnished with a comfortable designer relaxation armchair, lots of light, bed linen, towels and everything you need for daily life.
In the separate kitchen including a fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and oven you will find everything you need for breakfast or cooking.
A WiFi connection and an LED television complete this beautiful apartment.
The dining/desk also allows for a “home office” day if necessary. The total flat rate includes all additional costs, including heating, electricity excluding GEZ fee.
Directly opposite there is a laundry that looks forward to your visit.
There are 2 parking garages 100 meters away, long-term parking is possible.
