This stylish suite is located on the 1st floor of an old Gründerzeit apartment building from the late 19th century. In historical building fabric, the apartment reveals contemporary architectural sophistication merged with modern spatiality, high-quality materials, an elegant light and color concept and loving furnishings. In 2022, the suite was carefully refurbished, incorporating design, architectural history, building material, and health criteria. The suite has rooms in the front house facing the street and in the back house– the 'Hinterhaus.'

In the entrance area of the suite, the view falls to the left through the passageway to the back of the house, past the built-in bulthaup fitted kitchen into the bedroom with en suite bathroom. Here, indirect lighting lends the space an atmospheric ambience, emphasizing the 19th century-high ceilings. Both the 19th-century-timber frames with brick infill and the restored brick walls come aesthetically into their own. Behind the en suite bathroom with daylight is the sleeping area with an antique dresser and a comfortable bed. The French window at the end of this suite has a distinctive view of the back gardens and backyard charm of the neighborhood. The separate WC is located at the front of the suite next to the entrance. The furnished living area with both stucco ceiling and stucco-decorated walls faces the street. The in-house trash room is next to the discrete gateway to the supermarket in the back of the property in the courtyard.
