The small living space with wooden flooring has a new box spring bed (160 cm width), wardrobe, ironing board & iron, TV, dining table, and a new, fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, kettle, microwave, and coffee maker. The modern bathroom comes with a shower and hairdryer.

The Stadtgarten park with its extensive lawns and old trees is located in the vicinity and the Grüngürtel green belt is also within close reach. Friesenplatz metro station is a 2-minute walk away. From there, underground trains (lines 3, 4, 5, 12, 15) connect to all the important destinations in Cologne. The Cologne West regional train station is also a few-minute walk away, with regional connections to Bonn/Koblenz, Düsseldorf, etc.
