Our state-of-the-art apartment was completed in 2021. It is located in a quiet residential area in Cologne-Mülheim. The ground floor apartment is suitable for sole use for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. The apartment has a living area of about 45 sqm. The special feature of the apartment is the elegant equipment as well as the free parking directly in front of the house entrance. Access to the apartment is easily possible through a key box even at night. The guest apartment is located in Cologne-Mülheim. It is located in a quiet area on a cul-de-sac. There are very good transport links. Located directly on the A3, you can quickly reach the city center, Cologne Cathedral and other destinations. The exhibition grounds and the Lanxess Arena are only 5 km away, to the Rhine and Palladium 3 km. The nearest bus stop is only a 10-minute walk away. Line 153 goes directly to Deutzer Bahnhof and Lanxess-Arena. The S-Bahn line 6 with P+R parking is 2km away.
