We are subletting our 3-room apartment (57 sqm) in Cologne from August 26 to September 27. The apartment is fully furnished, and all utilities are included in the rent.
There is one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a couch that could sleep a third person. The apartment is suitable for up to 3 people.
It’s a good temporary solution for anyone moving to Cologne, staying here for work, or looking for a permanent place and needing somewhere to stay in the meantime.
Location: 10 minutes by train to the city center, with excellent public transport connections. Supermarkets, cafés, and all essentials are within walking distance.
