Welcome to your new, cozy shared room facing the courtyard! This spacious room offers you plenty of space and peace and quiet. In addition, this room features high ceilings and large windows, as it is located in an older building. This room is labeled “d” and can be viewed in the floor plan.

The room is part of a newly established 5-person shared apartment in a freshly renovated building. You will benefit from two modern and recently renovated bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet, making your morning routine pleasant and stress-free.

A particular advantage of this offer is that the rent already includes all utilities such as electricity, heating, and internet. The room is fully furnished and ready to move into—you don't have to worry about a thing. On request, we can also provide bed linen and towels.
