Despite the Alte Straße, the parallel street is the Berliner Straße with all shopping possibilities like Lidl, Netto, Rossmann, Bäcker etc. and small restaurants (e.g. charcoal grill specialities).
The apartment is located in the rear building of a multiple dwelling with very nice tenant community. The inner courtyard and thus all apartments are accessible by a gate entrance and thus safe.

-The advantages of this real estate location are the trade fair in Cologne Deutz and the very good motorway connections, which are perfectly accessible.
