I will rent a single room (approx. 14 m2) on the ground floor in a two-story house near Tyniecka Street, in a quiet area. The owner does not live in the building. Currently, 4 other rooms are also rented out. I invite you to familiarize yourself with the offer of non-smokers, no pets. The house underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2017. In addition to the rooms, common areas are available:
- a large kitchen with a dining area on the ground floor, fully equipped (induction cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, dishes),
- a kitchen with a dining area on the first floor equipped with a ceramic stove, fridge, dishes,
-bathroom downstairs with shower, washing machine
- a bathroom on the first floor with a shower,
- available additional wardrobes, clothes dryers, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, washing machine
- free parking on the property,
- terrace
- a large wooded garden with a place for grilling and resting.
The room includes a fold-out bed (a comfortable sofa - when unfolded, the area is 140 cm x 200 cm), bookcases, a closed cabinet with shelves, a fold-out table, chairs, and a wardrobe. Lockable room.
Public transport: bus stops: ul. Dąbrowa line 162 (stop right next to the house), ul. Tyniecka lines 203 and 112 (about 500 m from the house). The fees are PLN 1,500 + PLN 400 for utilities (water, electricity, gas heating, waste, high-speed internet). One-time deposit = PLN 1,500 monthly rent. Room for rent from June 10, 2023.
